Perspective Program


Perspectives:

The integration of refugees with an academic background is quite challenging for the professional as well as the German companies. SIBE wants to support the effort to give young academics a perspective to integrate in the German workforce as well as to pursue their own career and education.
 
For participants:

The Perspectives Program offers refugees with an academic degree from all backgrounds a chance to gain a master degree, work experience with a German company and language classes over the period of 24 Months.
The participants of the perspectives program will work fulltime within a company on projects that fit to their background. SIBE will provide them with skills in project management and also coaching so that they can contribute to the success of their company. The studies are conducted in English but there will be German classes to improve the possibilities of the participants.
 
For companies:

The Perspectives Program will give you the possibility to gain profit from the knowledge and skills of refugees without the need to take care of the challenges of administration. During the length of the projects, the participants will be employed on an internship basis. Through more than twenty years of experience in academic projects and more the 3.500 alumni, SIBE is able to accompany businesses projects with master students. Therefore, we can assist the participant and the company to achieve sustainable economic success.

Conditions:

The companies are responsible for the cost of the program (940 €) monthly and a minimum salary for the participant (1.300€)
 
Admission:

  • Good to very good English language skills
  • Completed undergraduate degree from a recognized institution for higher education
  • Successful completion of SIBE selection procedure
  • Sponsor organization, willing to support Real-World-Projects
